The Avocado Festival is an annual one-day event that takes place in April. Guacamole tastings, an Avocado 500 Avocado Race, a tour of an avocado packing house and a culinary contest are just a few of the events at this Fallbrook festival. A large variety of produce is also available for purchase.

This is one of the largest gourd festivals in the west. It features over 60 exhibitors. There will also be excellent food and drink. Live entertainment will be performing throughout the festival and visitors will get a chance to sample some of California's fine wine's and products from microbreweries in the Wine Garden.
